Plan changes take effect right away. Moving up charges only the difference for the rest of the period; moving down switches at the end of the current period. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over; pack credits never expire. Cancel any time from the billing portal. .
Billing questions
What is a credit?+
Credits are the unit every short is priced in. A still-image short costs 15 credits whatever its length; a motion-tier short costs 40. Plans refill monthly, packs are one-time and never expire.
Do I get charged if a render fails?+
No. If the pipeline fails for any reason that isn't a content violation, the credits go straight back to your balance.
What happens if I switch plans mid-month?+
Moving up charges the price difference for the rest of the period and tops your monthly credits up to the new allowance. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period.
Can I use pack credits alongside a plan?+
Yes. Monthly credits are spent first, then pack credits, so nothing you bought outright is used before it has to be.
How do I cancel?+
From the billing portal, linked above once you have a plan. Your credits stay usable until the period ends.
